What are your shipping rates?We offer flat-rate shipping within the US. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $35.
How long does shipping take?Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve customers worldwide.
How is my order packaged?We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials to protect your products during shipping while minimizing our environmental impact. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our products to every aspect of our business.
What if my order arrives damaged?If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.
How do I start a return?Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Can I exchange a product?Yes! If you'd like to exchange a product for a different scent or size, contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
When will I receive my refund?Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and send a prepaid label.
